Ministries
New Life has a variety of ministries where you can use your spiritual gifts to help glorify God.
New Life Youth Choir – youth choir for youth ages 5 through 17 sing twice a month.
Youth Days! – The Youth lead in worship every 5th Sunday. They sing, lead worship, pray, preach and dance. This helps the youth develop leadership & confidence.
New Life Adult Choir – adult choir for all age groups sings twice a month.
Adult Praise Dancers – adults minister in dance occasionally during worship to all types of praise and worship music.
Youth Praise Dancers – youth, ages 6 through 11, minister in dance occasionally during worship.
Christian Education – teach youth, ages 6 through 12, one Sunday a month and teach youth Bible lessons on Wednesday evenings. Nursery for children 5 & under.
Hoops 4 Life Summer Basketball – assist with coaching, keeping score, refereeing, cheerleading, selling food, etc. during our summer basketball league for the youth of the church and surrounding community.
Joined As One – Is for the nurturing and strengthening of married and engaged couples. We meet every 5th Saturday at 5:00pm at the church. Also special date nights are planned as well.
Bible Study – Engaging the Word of God to impact our lives. Relationships built with others around Gods’ Word. Every Wednesday at 7:30pm.
Ushers/Greeters – Greeters ensure members, friends and visitors feel welcome as they enter the church. Ushers escort everyone to a seat and take up the offering.
Coffee Hour – prepares snacks for fellowship time after worship.
Prayer – every Wednesday at 7:00pm prior to Bible Study to pray for the needs of our church, community and our world.
Community Outreach – occasionally go out into the community to provide for needs, invite people to church and share the love of Christ.
